Trivia-Espresso coffee was invented in Italy by Luigi Bezzera 1903, the owner of a manufacturing business. He was not happy because his employees were taking long breaks! If only he could shorten the brewing process used to make coffee, his employees would take shorter breaks. He set out to built the first espresso machine. Luigi Bezzera's machine reduced brewing time from several minutes to just 20 seconds, but it also made a better cup of joe!
